Por primera vez en San José un evento recurrente dedicado a la Danza Ecstática, la cual estaremos organizado de forma mensual los primeros domingos de cada mes,  en el hermoso espacio arquitectónico ¨La Alhambra¨ declarado edificio inmueble histórico construido a finales del siglo XIX en el corazón de  San José, Costa Rica ...

Iniciando el DOMINGO 10 DE MARZO!!

Los primeros 45 minutos se ofrecerá una introducción a elementos y herramientas que nutrirán nuestros actos de creación a través de la improvisación y la escucha individual y colectiva.

Luego buscaremos alterar y ampliar de forma natural nuestro estado de consciencia, transitando por diferentes etapas y atravesando capas de nuestro cuerpo y mente para abandonarnos, recibir, compartir con los demás y conectarnos con el sonido de la musica.

Horario: 3:00pm a 6:00pm

3:00pm: Se abren puertas

3:15pm a 4 pm: Intro a la danza (técnicas de contact dance e improvisación de movimiento) con Adrian Flores Garcia y Alejandro Barboza

4pm a 6pm: Danza Ecsta-Tica

Como bailarín, profesor y coreógrafo profesional, en toda su carrera profesional Gabriel ha trabajado con amantes del movimiento, enriqueciendo y compartiendo sus viajes hacia el interior. Dentro de sus clases crea movimientos con su mejor música , contando historias, dando consejos, ayudando y sanando....

Transformándose de DJ a Bailarín, desde los pisos del estudio hasta los escenarios. Conocedor de que lo que los bailarines necesitan . Gabriel ha llevado su amor por la música y el baile alrededor del mundo, llevando sus DJ sets por todo Europa, Thailandia, México, Australia y Nueva Zelanda. Ha abierto escenarios para Dirtwire, Diamond Rab, Morillo, por tan solo nombrar algunos de ellos

Starting on SUNDAY, MARCH 10!

The first 45 minutes will offer an introduction to elements and tools that will nurture our acts of creation through improvisation and individual and collective listening.

Then we will seek to naturally alter and expand our state of consciousness, transiting through different stages and going through layers of our body and mind to abandon ourselves, receive, share with others and connect with the sound of music.

Transforming from Dancer to DJ, Gabriel has found an evolution, moving from the floor to the decks. Knowing what dancers want, has provided a special insight on what to provide as a DJ. Gabriel has taken his love of music and movement abroad, dropping DJ sets all over Europe, Thailand, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Gabriel has as opened for Dirtwire, Dimond Saints, Random Rab, and MORiLLO to name just a few...
